1. Who we are

The vendiq.ee website is operated by Enge Commerce OÜ (registration code 14672594, VAT number EE102596328), based in Estonia. For anything related to your data, write to info@vendiq.ee — a person reads it, not a ticket system.

2. What data we collect

Only what you send us yourself: your name, company, email address, phone number (if you share it) and the content of your message when you use the contact form or email us. We don't run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

3. Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, and manage the business relationship if we start working together. That's it — we don't sell your data and we don't send newsletters you didn't ask for.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (when we work together), and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Data tied to actual orders is kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. If you want your inquiry data deleted earlier, one email is enough.

6. Who we share it with

Nobody, except where fulfilling your order requires it — for example passing a delivery address to a logistics partner — or where the law requires it. Suppliers and partners receive only what they need to do their part.

This site sets no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (EN/ET/RU), kept in local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard technical requests.
