FAQ
Fair questions.
Straight answers.
The things companies usually ask before the first order — answered the way we'd answer on a call.
How fast can you deliver?+
You'll have a written quote in 24–48 hours. For equipment in regional stock, delivery typically takes a few business days to about a week. Custom configurations and larger fleets take longer — we confirm a realistic date in the quote, and it's a date we can keep.
Is there a minimum order?+
No hard minimum. Our sweet spot is team-sized orders — five laptops and up, or a full refresh project — but a single high-spec workstation is a fine order too. Where we're honest: for one basic mouse, a webshop will serve you faster.
New or refurbished — which should we buy?+
We source both. New makes sense for long service life and specific specs; quality refurbished can cut costs sharply for standard office roles. On the qualification call we'll tell you which fits your case — including when the honest answer is "don't pay for new."
What happens to our old equipment?+
Three routes: units with market value are resold or bought back — which offsets your project cost; working but low-value units can be donated or repurposed; the rest goes to responsible recycling. We pick it all up in one go, usually on the same day the new equipment arrives.
How is data on old devices kept safe?+
No device is resold or recycled with data on it. Secure data wiping is coordinated with certified partners, and you get confirmation once it's done. If your policy requires physical destruction of drives, we arrange that instead.
Where do you operate?+
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We're based in Estonia and deliver across all three countries — offices in two or three Baltic capitals can be equipped as one project with one quote.
Which brands can you source?+
All the major business lines — Lenovo, HP, Dell, Apple and others, plus the monitors, docks and networking gear around them. We're brand-agnostic on purpose: the spec and your budget decide, not a distribution contract.
How does warranty work?+
New equipment carries the manufacturer's business warranty; refurbished units come with the warranty stated in the quote. If something fails, you write to us — we route the warranty case instead of leaving you on hold with a service line.
How does payment work?+
By invoice. For larger orders we agree a deposit before ordering — it lets us lock stock and supplier prices immediately, which is how quoted totals and dates stay accurate. For recurring clients, a framework agreement sets the terms once.
Can you handle our recurring needs, not just one order?+
That's the goal, honestly. Once we know your standards, a new-hire kit is a one-line email. Many clients start with a single refresh project and stay for the ongoing supply — see the Full Service and ongoing supply options.
